3D Volumetric Morphometry
Quantitative measurement of cortical and subcortical brain structures, identifying subtle volume changes before symptoms emerge.
View sample →DTI & Glymphatic Analysis
Diffusion tensor imaging maps white matter pathways and measures glymphatic waste clearance via the DTI-ALPS index — a window into your brain’s self-cleaning system.
View sample →MR Angiography
Detailed visualization of the arteries supplying your brain, assessing vascular health and identifying risk factors for stroke.
View sample →Electroencephalography
Advanced EEG assessment of brain electrical activity, evaluating background rhythms and electrographic signatures associated with cognitive change.
View sample →NeuroCatch™ ERP
Rapid, objective brain vital signs assessment through event-related potentials — measuring auditory sensation, attention, and cognitive processing.
View sample →AI-Enhanced Spine Imaging
(Optional NeuroAxis Package)
Artificial intelligence-powered analysis precisely identifies and measures disc bulging, herniations, and spinal malalignment across the entire spine.
View sample →Measuring Your Brain’s
Waste Clearance System
Using state-of-the-art diffusion tensor imaging, we quantify how efficiently your brain clears metabolic waste — a critical biomarker for long-term neurological health.

What Is the Glymphatic System?
The glymphatic system is the brain’s dedicated waste clearance network — a recently discovered pathway that flushes harmful metabolic byproducts, including amyloid-beta and tau proteins, from the brain during sleep. It works by circulating cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) along perivascular channels, effectively washing the brain’s interstitial spaces and carrying away toxins that can accumulate over time.
When glymphatic function is impaired, these toxic proteins build up and are associated with an increased risk of Alzheimer’s disease, cognitive decline, and other neurodegenerative conditions. Research now points to glymphatic efficiency as one of the most important modifiable factors in long-term brain health.
Why DTI-ALPS Matters
The DTI-ALPS index (Diffusion Tensor Image Analysis Along the Perivascular Space) is a validated, non-invasive biomarker that quantifies glymphatic activity using diffusion MRI data acquired during your evaluation. By measuring water molecule movement along the perivascular spaces surrounding deep white matter vessels, we can assess how effectively your brain clears waste — and compare your results against published healthy-control populations.
- Non-invasive measurement derived from standard DTI sequences already part of your evaluation
- Quantitative ALPS index with comparison against age-matched, peer-reviewed healthy-control cohorts
- Hemispheric analysis detects asymmetric impairment that may indicate early focal dysfunction
- Clinically actionable — modifiable factors such as sleep quality, exercise, and vascular health directly influence glymphatic function
- Trackable over time as part of your longitudinal NeuroWellness baseline
Sleep & Clearance
Glymphatic activity increases up to 60% during deep sleep, making sleep optimization a powerful lever for brain waste clearance.
Evidence-Based
The ALPS index is validated across multiple peer-reviewed cohorts and correlated with cognitive performance in healthy adults and clinical populations.
Longitudinal Tracking
Your ALPS index becomes part of your NeuroWellness baseline, enabling precise tracking of glymphatic function across follow-up evaluations.
What Is Your
Brain Age?
Your chronological age tells one story. Your brain may tell another. Using advanced MRI morphometry, we calculate your Brain PAD score — a data-driven measure of how your brain is aging relative to your actual age.
Your Brain PAD Score
The Brain Predicted Age Difference (Brain PAD) compares your brain’s predicted age — derived from the volume and structure of your cortical and subcortical anatomy — against your chronological age. A lower or negative score suggests your brain is aging more slowly than expected; a higher score may signal accelerated aging that warrants proactive intervention.
Combined with your glymphatic analysis and volumetric morphometry, Brain PAD gives you a complete picture of your brain’s biological age — and a clear target for improvement.
- Calculated from your 3D volumetric MRI using validated machine learning models
- Percentile ranking against published healthy-control cohorts
- Clinically actionable — sleep, exercise, diet, and vascular health directly influence brain aging
- Trackable over time as part of your semi-annual NeuroWellness follow-up
Interactive 3D brain model — every structure measured and compared to age-matched controls

Who Would Benefit from the AXiS Evaluation?
Our comprehensive brain health assessment is designed for individuals who want to take a proactive role in understanding and protecting their cognitive future.
You Are a Candidate for AXiS NeuroWellness If You…
- Prioritize preserving and enhancing your cognitive function
- Have a family history of dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, or other neurodegenerative conditions
- Are recovering from a concussion, traumatic brain injury, or past head injury
- Manage chronic conditions that impact brain health, such as long COVID, diabetes, or cardiovascular disease
- Seek a measurable neurological baseline for longitudinal tracking as you age
- Value staying mentally sharp and maintaining independence and confidence in later years
Beyond a Standard Medical Evaluation
- Detect subtle cognitive changes before they affect everyday function
- Establish a baseline for continued brain health assessments over time
- Guide targeted strategies to preserve or improve mental abilities
- Reveal specific areas of brain function affected by injury or illness
- Track recovery progress with precise, objective metrics
